BAT WINS STATE "SMART GROWTH AWARD."

On November 23, 2004 Governor Mitt Romney honored 10 exceptional smart growth projects from across the state at a special awards ceremony at the State House. The Brockton Area Transit Authority's Intermodal Transportation Centre was one of the recipients for its efforts to revitalize the downtown area using Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Smart Growth strategies.

DAB institutes a Late Cancellation/No Show Policy. See details. DAB Service Changes: Effective 9/21/09 the following changes to DIAL-A-BAT service will take place: 1. The fare to approved Boston medical facilities on Wednesdays and Fridays will be $7.50 each way or $15.00 round trip. 2. Trips to Sullivan Orthopedic/Brockton Urology in Easton will be provided on Mondays and Wednesdays. Pick up times will be between 9:15 am and 10:15 am. Return to Brockton willbe at 12:30 pm from the lobby of the facility. Trips to Southeast Medical in East Bridgewater will be provided on Mondays and Thursdays. Pick up times will be between 9:15 am and 10:15 am. Return to Brockton willbe at 12:30 pm from the lobby of the facility.
