Snow Schedule



While it is BAT’s goal to maintain service during inclement weather, road and weather conditions may prohibit buses from traveling safely on a regular schedule.  

When the weather is too difficult for normal operations, BAT may switch to a “snow schedule” at any time during the day.  BAT will make every effort to give as much notice to riders as possible when the service is switched to a “snow schedule”.

Decisions to switch to a “snow schedule” will be pushed out through BAT’s website, and to BAT’s Facebook page.  Passengers may also obtain information by calling BAT’s information line at 508-588-1000.


SNOW SCHEDULE – Brockton Routes

  • All Brockton Routes will leave downtown on the hour and will leave the end of the line on the half hour.
  • The routes 10 and 11 will be combined.  Route will provide service outbound route 10 and inbound route 11.


  • Ashmont- Rt. 12 will operate a Saturday schedule.  There will be no express runs during a “snow schedule”

Stoughton – Rt. 14, MiniMaller – Rt. 13, and Rockland route will continue to run on their regular schedule.


As weather can be unpredictable, BAT may make adjustments to its “snow schedule”, routes, including detours, and/or the temporary elimination of certain routes.  BAT will make all information on any service changes available through its website,

Please note that RT 12 Ashmont will operate on regular Saturday schedule- There are NO EXPRESS TRIPS.

 RT 13 Mini-Maller, RT 14 Stoughton and Rockland will operate a Regular Weekday Schedule

Routes 10 & 11 combine to provide outbound service on Route 10 via N. Qunicy Street & inbound via Route 11 via Winter Street to Cary Hill Plaza
