REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop and conduct a customer satisfaction survey every six months over a two-year contract period with three option years. The purpose of the survey is to obtain customer opinions about the value and quality of BAT’s services.

The instructions to proposers, general provisions and specifications are available at no cost via e-mail. Requests for copies of documents may be sent to: jmech@ridebat.com and are available at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court St., Brockton, MA 02302. Please include complete contact information with the request.

Proposals must be received by BAT at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court St., Brockton, MA 02302 no later than July 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM.

Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors is not an eligible proposer and will not be considered.

BAT reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals as it determines is in its best interest.

This procurement is being funded in part with funds from the U.S. DOT, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be subject to the terms and conditions of the grant agreements and the BAT Standard Terms and Clauses to the extent that they are applicable. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to respond.
