LANDSCAPE MASTER PLAN FOR THE BAT INTERMODAL CENTER

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT), is soliciting submittals from qualified firms to provide landscape architectural planning and engineering services for the “BAT Conceptual Landscape Master Plan” for the downtown Brockton Intermodal Transit Center that consists of the BAT Centre building, the customer platform, a two-level parking garage, a surface parking lot, and the BAT administration building.

Statements of Qualifications submittals and required certifications must be received by BAT no later than 2:00 PM. on February 7, 2024. The Request for Qualifications package, required certifications, Instructions and Terms and Conditions are available at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court St., Brockton, MA 02302, or can be requested E-mail to: jmech@ridebat.com.

The performance of this contract is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all equal employment opportunity requirements. The contract work resulting from this solicitation must be completed no later than June 15, 2024. This project is contingent on the availability of funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant agreement and the availability of funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Transportation.
