Procurement Opportunities

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) contracts with vendors for the purchase of goods and services.  The agency strives to give all businesses, including Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), an equal opportunity to compete for BAT procurements. The agency casts a wide net in search of talented vendors, seeking qualified suppliers from all segments of the community. The contractor, sub-recipient or subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability in the performance. The contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts.
