TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide transportation management and assume the operation of BAT’s fixed route public transportation service and related support vehicles, equipment and facilities. The resulting contract will commence on or about July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 with two one-year options to extend through June 30 2027.

Proposals are due not later than 2:00PM, May 25, 2022 at BAT’s office located at 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 20222 at 2:00PM at the BAT Administrative Office on 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302.

The service is financed in part through a grant from the Federal Transit Administration, and any contract entered into is subject to the provisions of applicable laws governing that grant. All resulting contracts will be subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

It is the goal of BAT that certified minority business enterprises participate in a minimum of 2.5 percent of the total value of the goods and services procured in FFY2023. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice.
