BAT Partnership with Bridgewater State University
Brockton Area Transit Authority began its relationship with Bridgewater State University in January of 1984. Beginning as a small on-campus shuttle service, BSU Transit has grown tremendously over the years. This service, as partners with BAT, offers service to and from dining halls, academic buildings, and dorm buildings throughout the months of September – May on campus. Visit www.bsutransit.com for more info.
BSU Transit also offers multiple day trips to and from the city of Brockton on its Route 28. This express route services the college and its community from the University to the Brockton line, in order to provide fuel conservation and reduction to the traffic congestion on campus, as well as offer a safe, efficient, and convenient service to its passengers. BSU Transit is a free service to all of the public, including the Route 28 into the BAT Centre.
