How is a complaint filed?

All complaints can be filed either by calling our main customer service line at 508-638-5920, or our general information line 508-588-1000 or by email at You may also write directly to BAT at 155 Court St., Brockton, MA 02302, Attn: Customer Service.

If filling, the customer should provide details of the incident as well as the date, time, driver/vehicle and any other specifics that would assist BAT in determining an appropriate resolution. Customer Contact information including, name, address and phone # should be given at this time.

What happens after the complaint is registered?

BAT takes every customer complaint seriously. It will be forwarded to the proper supervisor and result in a timely resolution. The customer may be contacted if additional information is necessary in order to make a determination. The customer will be contacted within 72 hours of the complaint’s receipt and will also be provided the resolution if requested.
