REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

DESIGN/ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Design/Engineering Services for Transportation Center Bathrooms at its passenger terminal located at 10 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302.
BAT expects to award a contract for professional services including the preparation of a site plan, bathroom specifications and bid documents, construction management and installation oversight.
Statements of Qualifications submittals and required certifications must be received by BAT no later than 2:00 PM. on February 4, 2026. The Request for Qualifications package, required certifications, Instructions and Terms and Conditions are available at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court St., Brockton, MA 02302, or can be requested by E-mail to: jmech@ridebat.com.
This solicitation is being financed in part with funds provided by The U.S. DOT, Federal Transit Administration and is subject to BAT Standard Terms and Clauses copies of which are available on request or at www.ridebat.com under Procurement Opportunities.
