REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OPERATION OF MICROTRANSIT SERVICE IN ROCKLAND, MA
The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to operate a microtransit service in and around Rockland, MA. BAT will provide the contractor with the two vehicles necessary to operate the service.
Firms must have a minimum of three years of experience in the operation of public transportation service and demonstrate that they can meet the requirements established by BAT.

Proposals must be received by BAT at 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302, no later than 2:00PM on June 1, 2022. Questions and requests for clarification must be received by BAT at the above address no later than 2:00PM on May 18, 2022.
This project is financed in part through a grant from the Federal Transit Administration, and any contract entered into is subject to the provisions of applicable laws governing that grant. All resulting contracts will be subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice.
